RC3 embodies our church ethos—a "real church,” "a real community of believers,” who
pursue “real change." It defines who we are and who we aim to become. When we look
at the core of the New Testament church, we see a Spirit-filled community that
experienced RC3.

Real Church:

1. The church was attractional due to God's powerful work through its people.
2. The church faced attacks that tried to divide them, but knew they were "Better
Together!"
3. The church was counter-culture, living differently than the world around them.

Real Community:

4. The church was connected, loving, and caring for each other.
5. The church was inclusive, reaching out to the community around them.
6. They were genuinely generous, giving, and meeting needs.

Real Change:

7. People experienced a personal relationship with Jesus instead of stale religion.
8. They underwent a spiritual metamorphosis from the inside out.
9. The believers wanted others around them to experience these changes too.
